Professional Learners & Program Developers will have the opportunity to network with other community college professionals and explore new ideas for institution-wide practices that support and contribute to individual learning, regardless of faculty or staff status. This includes human resource training, new employee orientations, career planning, mentoring, goal setting, time management, and ethics. Other areas for SPOD learning will include staff development, staff orientation, mentoring, compliance training, leadership, time management, goal setting, evaluation, and ethics. Faculty and instructional learning ideas as well as program & organizational development practices that build and create vitality in an organization will certainly be the topic of networking sessions and small group discussions.

We need YOU!  We want your participation in this conference!  Let us know your talents & interests or make a session proposal for the conference.

One of the traditional hallmarks of our conferences have been to offer participants a forum in which they are able to exchange ideas and liberally share new ideas and time-tested practices of continuously improving people, processes, and organizations.  Of course, all this is done for our ultimate customers: our community college students.
