CONFERENCE FEES
Conference registration fees are listed below. Fees are in U.S. dollars and payment must be made in U.S. dollars. All conference attendees must be current members; those whose membership has expired will be invoiced as a non-member.
All non-member registration fees include a one-year membership.
Please note that the conference registration fee includes all designated conference meals, coffee and wellness breaks, receptions, and associated hotel food and beverage service fees. This includes continental breakfasts on Thursday and Friday and a served breakfast on Saturday; Thursday and Friday lunches; and the Wednesday and Friday evening receptions. A Thursday evening interactive dinner theater option is available for separate purchase.
Pre-conference workshops and vendor tables in the exhibit hall have separate fees.

**Special Early Bird Drawing: Submit a paid conference registration form by September 1, 2009 and be automatically entered in the drawing for a complementary two night stay at the Crowne Plaza Riverfront Hotel in St. Paul during our conference. The winner will be responsible for any additional days of lodging desired plus any incidentals connected with the stay.
Student Status: A valid student ID should be available as proof of student status at check-in.
Refund Policy: A full refund, minus $25 processing fee, will be made if cancellation is received by October 5, 2009. A $75 cancellation fee will be retained between October 6 and October 28, 2009. No refunds can be made after October 28, 2009. Telephone/voicemail cancellations to Cathy Misenhelter will be accepted, but must be confirmed in writing. Substitutions in attendees may be made at any time. Because of our contract, refunds for the dinner theater will be honored only if you cancel your entire conference registration before October 10, 2009

++ NCSPOD reserves the right to cancel any pre-conference workshop due to low enrollment. Descriptions and details about all pre-conference workshops are included elsewhere on this website.

The 2009 NCSPOD International conference will be held at the Crowne Plaza Riverfront Hotel in St. Paul Minnesota, U.S.A.
All conference attendees are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements.
To make hotel reservations, call the Crowne Plaza’s toll-free number: 866-422-3185. You must identify yourself as a participant in the NCSPOD conference in order to receive the conference hotel rate. The Conference Code to tell the hotel representative is EK0 (zero). Or, register online here and enter the Club Card Number EK0 (zero).
Room rates for the 2009 Conference:
Two Double Beds, Non-Smoking - $132 per night (plus tax)
King, Non-Smoking - $132 per night (plus tax)
This group rate is available up to three days pre- and post conference, subject to availability. The room tax is currently 13.25% (subject to change). Add $10 for each person beyond two in a room, maximum is four per room.
The Crowne Plaza Hotel sits 10 miles from the Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport and downtown Minneapolis. The hotel offers complimentary services including newspapers in the lobby and wireless Internet access throughout the property. The hotel's downtown location allows for a convenient five mile system of walkways between fellow buildings and easy access to museums and theatres. The second level consists of shopping options.
